1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance.

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or customized items.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper use.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear product images (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping address and instructions.

Note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.

  • Approved exchanges will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
